For projects where large quantities ( above 4 nos) PRV are used , free plastic spanners for removal of filter caps are provided.
For individual purchase below 4 no’s it is available to purchase these spanners.
Conventional plumbers spanner are not suitable for opening the filter caps as they bite into the surfaces and some of the sizes don’t have a hexagonal surface to hold such spanners.
These are used to cover the transparent filer caps to block sunlight so that moss / algae formation inside the filter caps can be avoided.
Currently these are available only for sizes of 15,20,25,32mm of PRV as well as EasyClean strainers.
These are recommended on PRV / Easy Clean installation which has some sunlight exposure.
Where pressure setting / checking of many PRVs are needed or a fast and efficient method is needed.
Though pressure can be checked with help of a conventional pressure gauge, the pressure testing kit ( PTK -1-7 bar) is a far more faster and accurate tool to check / set pressure on larger quantity of PRV’s as is the case in projects.
There is an in-built arrangement to release air and even create a flow as is needed couple of times before PRV pressure is really considered as ‘set’ .
This is a must tool for every contractor and every project site.
These can be used to mount the AirVent valves on top of it. This can eliminate the need of a Ball valve before the AirVent. Whenever the AirVent has to be removed for repair / replacement, it can be simply unscrewed from the Auto Shut off valve which has a spring loaded plunger which will shut off the supply until the AirVent Valve is fixed on it again.
